SCRIPTURE:
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20–21
OBSERVATION:
God’s ways are far beyond human understanding. With our limited minds, we can only see a small piece of the picture, but God is always working on a much greater scale—doing immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine. What stands out to me is that this isn’t according to my strength or ability, but according to His power that is already at work within us. God’s power isn’t distant or reserved for special moments; it is active, present, and alive in the lives of believers. Often, while we’re asking God to change circumstances around us, He is first at work changing us from the inside out.
APPLICATION:
I am reminded to trust God even when I don’t understand what He is doing. I don’t have to figure everything out or see the full plan. My role is to stay surrendered, obedient, and faithful in the small steps. When I choose to walk in trust, love, forgiveness, and obedience, I make room for God’s power to work through my life. I want to stop limiting God by my expectations and allow Him to move in ways far greater than I can imagine.
PRAYER:
Lord, thank You that You are always at work, even when I can’t see it. Help me to trust Your power that is at work within me and not rely on my own understanding. I surrender my plans, expectations, and limitations to You. Do in me and through me what only You can do, so that all the glory belongs to You. Amen.
