New Hope Honolulu Internship
APPLICATION AND UPDATED INTERN INFO COMING SOON
The purpose of the New Hope Internship is to identify and train emerging leaders, to see them be fully committed to Christ, so that they can reach their generation with the Gospel.
Jesus gives us the best example of what it looked like to prepare men and women for the harvest fields. He spent three years teaching, training, serving, and spending quality time showing what it looked like to be obedient to God’s will and purpose. Because of His investment into His twelve disciples, the gospel message was carried around the world and is still transforming lives every day. Our mission to make disciples and send them into the harvest fields is still of the utmost importance.
Matt 9:36-38 “Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”
The world is in need of godly leaders who will be passionate about reaching the lost, who are hungry to know His Word, who are dedicated to personal holiness, and who are willing to lay down their lives for the sake of the gospel.
Our goal is create competent, educated, and capable leaders to do the work of the ministry. This internship will provide you with the wisdom and knowledge of a strong biblical foundation, as well as hands-on experience in the local church and community. We desire to see young leaders who have a skillful hand and a heart that is full of integrity. Each intern will have the opportunity to be trained in various areas of ministry, and will work side by side with the pastoral staff at New Hope Oahu.
We are excited to see what God is going to do in your life, and we are praying that this internship would be of kingdom significance!
