You will be housed at a hotel in Waikiki. A shuttle will be provided during the days to transport you to the New Hope Ministry Center. Each participant will be responsible to make his own travel arrangements to and from Honolulu. The cost includes your hotel accomodations (double occupancy), most meals, valuable resources, and various entertainment events.
The Leadership Practicum begins Thursday evening at 5:15 p.m. and concludes Tuesday evening at 9:00 p.m
2008 Rate: $1395 USD for 6-nights shared-room hotel accommodations with another participating pastor (beginning from Thursday 3:00 p.m. check-in to 12 noon Wednesday check-out), most meals and transportation to/from all practicum sessions.
Does not include airport transportation.
Single occupancy rates: $500 additional for the 6-nights.
Additional hotel night extensions: $145 per night plus taxes.
Some outdoor beach activity including light exercise, canoe paddling and water Baptism.

Focus
After thirty-four years in ministry, the scores of lessons learned will yield gems of wisdom in six unforgettable days. New Hope in Honolulu began 13 years ago with Wayne Cordeiro and his wife. Today, over 14,500 attend the mother church and the nine satellite campuses each weekend. They have planted a total of fifteen plants on Oahu and fourteen on the outer islands in the last 13 years. New Hope has planted 102 churches with the majority of them being in the mission field.

Who should attend?
Senior Pastors and / or church planters preparing to church plant in the very near future.
If you plan to include either your spouse and/or family, the best is to plan to do so after the last session ends. We ask for your fullest attention during the Leadership Practicum. Evenings are mostly free.
Commitment
All participants are required to sign commitment forms prior to coming to the Leadership Practicum.
Participants are required to stay at the host hotel, utilize transportation provided by New Hope shuttle, and attend all events and sessions.
Bringing family/spouse is discouraged because the Leadership Practicum is designed for Senior Pastors and requires your full commitment.
Full payment of conference is due 3 months prior to Practicum start date.

What to Bring:
Temperatures in Honolulu range from the mid-70's to the mid-80's. Some events will be outdoors so be sure to dress comfortably; athletic shoes, jogging attire, sunscreen and swimwear for the outdoor events. Please bring a sweater or light jacket for the sessions. The conference rooms can vary in temperature.
